Terms of Use

Last updated: 31 October 2026

whattimefor.me (“the service”) is a free tool built and run by Shihabul Islam Mahir. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

1. What the service does

You can create a link to a meeting time, and everyone who opens it sees that time converted to their own time zone. The service doesn’t host meetings. The “Join meeting” button just opens whatever URL the link’s creator entered.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the links you create and what you put in them. You agree not to use the service to:

3. Links to other sites

Meeting URLs are entered by the people who create links, not by us. We don’t check or endorse the sites they lead to. Only open a meeting link if you trust whoever sent it to you. The page warns you when a link goes somewhere other than a well-known meeting service.

4. Reporting abuse

If you see a link that breaks these terms, report it using the feedback form on the home page and include the link. We may remove any link or block any use of the service that breaks these terms, or that we reasonably believe is harmful, without notice.

5. No guarantee

The service is provided free, “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to get time zone conversions right, but we can’t promise the service will always be available, error-free or accurate. For an important meeting, please check the time directly with the organizer. Short links expire 90 days after they are created.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the service or relying on it, including missed meetings, or anything that happens on sites that meeting links lead to. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, the date at the top of this page will change, and if you keep using the service after that, you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. This doesn’t take away any protection you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
